Service Description

MHC does basic cleaning and monitoring once/twice a week or a fortnight which assures you that your house is "well looked after". The best part is, you can call us for service at a time of your convenience between 630 AM and 830PM, by booking 24 hours in advance. You need to pay 50% extra for service between 630 am and 930 am; and 6 pm to 830 pm. The "Basic Homecare" service starts from INR 369 for a 2BHK (up to 1100 Sq ft) and includes: Brooming; Dusting; Wet Mopping; Cobwebs removal; Checking of water flow in Toilets and Kitchen; Checking electric meter reading; Inspecting for termite/pest infestation & seepage if any; Sanitizing all touchpoints before exiting. The pictures of service & inspection are shared on Email or WhatsApp OR on our own APP (under development) from the location itself. Regular cleaning and ventilation increase the life of your Vacant / Occupied house and you may not need expensive DEEP CLEANING at all. For those who enroll with us for a year, 1. Will get 25% discount on monthly enrolment fee, which starts from INR 799 for a 2BHK House; 2. Will get their household goods insured by us for up to INR 2 Lacs; 3. Will get dust protection covers for all furniture and equipment - in case the house is semi or fully furnished and lying vacant during the enrolled period. Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
