Single point of call. We fill all Gaps for your "Peace of Mind". After receiving your mandate - We nominate Architect(s) and get a Design of your choice & satisfaction prepared. We get local government approvals & sanctions. We create a time line and we manage all parts and stages till Delivery of finished product. We get Completion Certificates, No Objection Certificates from relevant government departments of Water, Land, Electricity & Taxes. We arrange गृह प्रवेश ritual & a House Warming party. We facilitate your moving in. We manage day to day security, housekeeping, minor repairs & and renovations and lease rentals too. We fill in all the GAPS with a smile and at fair cost. Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
