Handholding Owners (starting INR 369)

Service Description

MHC handholds the Owners staying far away from their 2nd home OR if their busy & hectic work schedule prevents them from coordinating and supervising basic yet unavoidable household chores. For a small fee on INR 369 for first one hour and INR 199 every 30 minutes thereafter, MHC coordinates and supervises the execution of :- Pest Control; Plumbing & Carpentry work; Car Servicing; Repairs & Maintenance of appliances within or out of AMC; Sanitization of house; Painting and Distemper; Pick up or Drop a friend or relative from/to - the Airport, Railway Station within NCR and select locations. Please note: Neither do we take commission from 3rd party service provider nor add commission on the material purchased/consumed. We do charge transportation/ logistics fee for the movement of man and material. It is difficult to find a trustworthy caretaker to check-in & check-out your friends or your family guests into your weekend home. It is doubly difficult to ask someone to prepare the house or a room on short notice for the arrival of guests. MHC takes care of all above also and in addition verifies the credentials of visitors, familiarizes them with the house layout and installations, refreshes grocery etc. On paying a modest enrolment fee - starting at INR 799 per month for a 2BHK house you get PEACE of MIND and can focus on your work and personal well being. Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
