Service Description

Senior Citizens living alone, often feel the need for a reliable companion to stand by in times of need & comfort them. Many a times, they may wish for an educated Assistant who could escort them on their visit to a physician / hospital and help them through the process of registration and billing and be by their side during routine check up and laboratory tests. Likewise, the Elderly may want someone to coordinate and supervise the servicing of Air Conditioners, Home appliances or their Car. Someday they may require assistance on their visit to the Passport Office or VISA office or to a Mall. If there is a need for specific prescribed medicine or a medical apparatus to be procured MHC can organize that too. Many Sr. Citizens are not APP savvy, so, rather than booking a taxi on an App, they may simply ask MHC in advance to depute someone to pick them up from the airport and escort them safely to their home. They just need an assuring & dependable hand by their side all this while and WE DO IT ALL. Note: Cost of medicines or investigations; Physician Consultation Fee, transportation, etc. are paid directly by the member and separately. MHC acts as a facilitator and provides assistance only. Any decision with respect to the line of Treatment; Medical Attendance: Selection of Medical facility or Doctor is beyond our scope and influence and we stay indemnified of any eventuality in the process of Assistance being rendered. A modest enrolment fee - starting at INR 199 per month (25% discount when you enroll for a year) - gets You and Your Parents , much needed PEACE of MIND.

Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
