Service Description

When returning from a Business trip or from a nice long vacation with family, you are too tired to endlessly wait for the APP-based taxi service to respond and arrive. Neither do you want to haggle with local taxi or auto rickshaw drivers. Moreover, the family is desperate to hit the bed after a long flight arriving late in the night. For such cases you may avail of our Meet & Greet service, so that you, your family, your elderly parents or relatives no longer have to wait for the APP to respond and Taxi to appear. Currently, we offer this service at IG International Airport & New Delhi Railway Station only. Our Supervisor shall meet you at a designated spot and escort you to your small/mid-size hatchback or 6 seater MPV depending upon your choice. Parking Charges, Platform Ticket Charges & Taxi Hire charges as per actuals to be paid additionally in advance. No cancellation and refund is admissible if cancelled less than 2 hours from the pick-up time. If cancelled before 2 hours of the pick-up time, 50% shall be refunded. To avail of this and other STRESS reducing services, please enrol with us. Your PEACE of MIND and Comfort comes at a small price. A modest enrolment fee - starting at INR 499 per month can get you much needed PEACE of MIND. You have the option of enrolling for a quarter, half year and a year. A 25% discount is offered when you enrol for a year and 15% when you enrol for half year. Service fee is 553 (for 60 minutes duration, starting ETA advised by the Guest. Waiting Charges after 60 minutes shall be INR 199 per 30 minutes)

Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
