Regular cleaning and ventilation increases the life of your prized asset too. Depending upon the location, at approximately the same cost as that of a medium sized pizza (INR 369) your 2BHK house is cleaned & sanitized every month. Whether you want to rent/lease it for 11 months; you wish to sell it; keep it functional and liveable anytime of the year so that your family and friends can just walk in and enjoy the much needed getaway; MHC can handhold in each case. A clean and well managed house will appeal to a prospective tenant or a buyer. In case you wish to rent or lease it, then 1. We will list and promote your property on social media. 2. We will list on real estate portals after you agree to the cost of listings - charged as per actuals. 3. We coordinate with prospective Tenants, verify their credentials, arrange visits and help finalize the agreement. 4. Should there be a need to fully or partially furnish the house we arrange to buy it or rent it. 5. We 'handhold' you throughout the Lease period. On your behalf, we liaise with tenant, facilitate tenant's entry, monitor the stay of tenant and facilitate again, when they vacate at the end of lease term. For a successful Tenancy contract, we charge 5% of the value of total lease period. In case of facilitating a sale, we charge 2% of the total sale value. On paying a modest enrolment fee - starting at INR 799 per month for a 2BHK house (25% discount when you enrol for a year), you get PEACE of MIND and can easily manage your prized asset sitting anywhere in the world. Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
