Service Description

You are returning from long Business travel or from a rejuvenating family vacation. Returning home at times is unnerving. Because, you want a fresh and clean home to step into. You want the bed linen changed, towels refreshed, soiled laundry taken care of. Groceries replenished. Tea & Coffee maker made ready with milk & sugar by the side for a hot refreshing cup to be made. Tonic water, Soda Water, Cold Drinks, Non-alcoholic beverages are chilled in case you like them that way and your table is laid. You also want someone to greet and facilitate at the time of Check-In. NOW, everything is taken care of by MHC and your HOME is ready to accord a "Warm Welcome" to you. ALL TOUCH POINTS ARE SANITIZED BEFORE OUR TEAM EXITS. Needless to say, MHC insures your household goods and installations. A document is signed to this effect. All the work is done under the watchful eyes of a Supervisor - who is an ex-serviceman or a senior team member employed by MHC. So, go ahead and enrol with us for a STRESS - Free landing. You have option of enrolling for a month, a quarter, half year and a year (25% discount when you enrol for a year). Cancellation Policy

Please Call at least 6 hours in advance ( 2 hours in case of MEET & GREET Service) in case you decide to cancel or reschedule any of your appointments/bookings. A service can be availed once in a Day by an enrolled member. MHC shall try its sincere best to provide timely and efficient delivery of services and fulfil its obligations. However service(s) may get disrupted due to Force Majeure Conditions, Traffic Restrictions, Strikes called by Transporters or circumstances beyond MHC's control. MHC shall not be liable to any claim or damages or compensation against a cancellation or deficiency arising therefrom. It shall be endeavour of MHC to refund the money to the client, if MHC fails to deliver under normal circumstances. For Homecare services beyond 5 Km ( shortest route) from our office location within NCR , a logistics fee of INR 150 one way shall be applicable per visit.
